Burøysund Brygge is a hidden gem on the island Vannøy, three hours from Tromsø airport Langnes. We offer facilities such as apartments, boats, parking space for autocampers and boats at the dock, reparation of boats and the opportunity to visit the local village museum and art atelier. Around us you will find some of the most stunning nature in Northern Norway, and our fishing waters are legendary.

Burøysund is located far northeast on Vannøy, shelled from the wind by the island Burøy, from where the village got its name. The population of Burøysund is circa 50 people, and we live from fisheries and farming. In 2007, we had the idea of creating Burøysund Brygge, a space for visitors to find peace and calm and visit some of the best fishing waters in Northern Norway. Since then, we have welcomed numerous guests from the rest of Norway and abroad to our traditional fishermen’s village. Have a look at what we can offer.
